The Galaxy Note8 is much better than the OnePlus 7, having a overall score of 83 against 71.6. Although it's the best phone in this comparison, the Galaxy Note8 is an older, just a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker phone than the OnePlus 7. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note8 has newer 9.0 Pie version and OnePlus 7 has Android 11 version.

Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a little bit better looking display than OnePlus 7, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better screen pixel density and a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution. Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a bit bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than OnePlus 7, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 256 GB.

OnePlus 7 counts with a bit faster processor than Galaxy Note8. They have 6 GB of RAM and 8 cpu cores. The OnePlus 7 features just a bit longer battery performance than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 12% more battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy Note8 costs more than the OnePlus 7, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
