Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 Edge has an overall score of 85.7, which is better than the OnePlus 7's 71.6 general score. Although the Galaxy S6 Edge is much older than OnePlus 7, it's body is thinner and way lighter. Both phones in this comparison work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S6 Edge has 5.0 version while OnePlus 7 has Android 11.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a lot better looking display than OnePlus 7, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a better screen density and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. Galaxy S6 Edge has a little better processing power than OnePlus 7, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64 bits processor and an extra graphics co-processor.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features as much memory capacity to install games and applications as the OnePlus 7 one, both have the same internal storage capacity. The OnePlus 7 captures greater videos and photos than Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the OnePlus 7 also has a bigger aperture to take better low-light captures and videos, a much more mega-pixels camera in the back and a way larger back camera sensor.
OnePlus 7 counts with a much longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than OnePlus 7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the OnePlus 7. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, else you can save a couple dollars and get the OnePlus 7, resigning a couple specs and features.
