Comparison review
Galaxy S9 has an overall score of 83.3, which is better than OnePlus 7's general score of 71.6. Galaxy S9 is an older and a little bit thicker cellphone than the OnePlus 7, but Samsung managed to make it somewhat lighter anyway. Galaxy S9 features a little bit better looking display than OnePlus 7, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2960 resolution and a better pixels number in each inch of screen.
The OnePlus 7 counts with a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S9, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 7 also has a larger amount of RAM. The OnePlus 7 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy S9, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the OnePlus 7 also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing lot higher quality pictures and videos and a camera with a way better resolution.
The Galaxy S9 has more memory capacity for games and applications than OnePlus 7, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 400 GB. The OnePlus 7 features superior battery performance than Galaxy S9, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity.
Even being the best phone of the ones we compare here, Galaxy S9 is also a lot cheaper, making it an easy decision.
