Galaxy XCover Pro is much better than the OnePlus 7, having a general score of 81 against 71.6. Even being the best phone we compare here, the Galaxy XCover Pro body is somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than the OnePlus 7. Both of these devices come with the same Android 11 OS (operating system).
The OnePlus 7 has just a bit better display than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a little less pixels per inch of screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, the OnePlus 7 also counts with a bit bigger display. The Galaxy XCover Pro has a quite bigger memory capacity for applications and games than OnePlus 7, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
OnePlus 7 features a bit faster processor than Galaxy XCover Pro, and although they both have 8 cores, the OnePlus 7 also has a larger amount of RAM. The OnePlus 7 takes much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy XCover Pro, and although they both have a F1.7 camera aperture, the OnePlus 7 also has a much better 48 mega-pixels resolution camera, a way larger camera sensor and a lot better (4K) video resolution.
Galaxy XCover Pro has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than OnePlus 7, because it has 4050mAh of battery capacity instead of 3700mAh.
Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro costs more than the OnePlus 7, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
