Comparison review
Xperia 5 II is way better than OnePlus 7, getting an 87.2 score against 71.6. Xperia 5 II's construction is newer, lighter and a little thinner than the OnePlus 7. The Xperia 5 II features a bit better screen than OnePlus 7, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater display density and a slightly better 1080 x 2520 resolution.
Xperia 5 II has a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than OnePlus 7, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Xperia 5 II also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. Xperia 5 II and OnePlus 7 have extremely similar processors, and although the Xperia 5 II has more RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
OnePlus 7 has a better camera than Xperia 5 II, because although it has worse video frame rates and a smaller sensor, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and a F1.7 camera aperture, the OnePlus 7 also counts with a way higher 48 mega-pixels resolution back camera. The Sony Xperia 5 II features just a little better battery duration than OnePlus 7, because it has an 8 percent greater battery capacity.
Xperia 5 II costs a lot more money than the OnePlus 7, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
