The Xperia XZs has a global score of 77.2, which is a bit better than OnePlus 7's overall score of 71.6. The Xperia XZs is a lighter cellphone than the OnePlus 7, but they have the same thickness. OnePlus 7 counts with a bit better looking display than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a bigger screen and a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
OnePlus 7 has a quite bigger storage for apps and games than Xperia XZs, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. OnePlus 7 counts with better battery life than Xperia XZs, because it has a 3700mAh battery capacity instead of 2900mAh.
Although Xperia XZs is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the OnePlus 7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as OnePlus 7. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xperia XZs, else you can save some dollars and get the OnePlus 7, resigning some specs and features.
