Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G has an overall score of 79.5, which is much better than OnePlus 7's 71.6 global score. Both phones we compare here have the same Android 11 operating system. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G's body is notably newer, but a little heavier and a bit thicker than OnePlus 7. The OnePlus 7 counts with just a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 7 also has 2 GB more RAM.
