Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a score of 76.6, which is just a bit better than the OnePlus 7's score of 71.6. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's body is newer, but just a bit heavier and a bit thicker than OnePlus 7. These phones use Android OS, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has 10 version while OnePlus 7 has Android 11.
OnePlus 7 counts with just a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OnePlus 7 also has a greater amount of RAM. The OnePlus 7 features a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, the OnePlus 7 also counts with a little bit greater quantity of pixels per inch of display.
OnePlus 7 takes a bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a 0.5 inches back-facing camera sensor and a camera in the back with a 48 mega pixels resolution, the OnePlus 7 also has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better images and video in low-light environments and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
OnePlus 7 counts with just a bit bigger memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features superior battery lifetime than OnePlus 7, because it has a 36 percent greater battery size.
Despite of being the best phone in our comparison, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is also a bit cheaper, which makes it an easy decision.
