Comparison review
The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A40, getting a global score of 80.1 against 79.6. Despite being the best phone in this review, OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren is a way heavier and somewhat thicker phone than the Samsung Galaxy A40. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren has an older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy A40 has Android 11 version.
The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy A40, because it has a higher 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution, a just a little higher display density and a quite bigger screen. The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren features a quite bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy A40, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren has a greater hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A40, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren has superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a 4085mAh battery size against 3100mAh.
OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a lot better video quality, a much larger back camera sensor which provides a much better photo and video quality, a larger aperture for better photos and videos in low-light environments and a camera in the back with a much better 48 mega pixels resolution.
