Comparison review
The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, having a global score of 80.1 against 77.5. The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren construction is much newer and just a little lighter than Xiaomi Mi Max 2's, although it's somewhat thicker. The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren features a brighter display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because it has a much better resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels, a little larger display and a better pixels density.
OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren has just a bit bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB more internal storage. OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren features a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have 8 cores, the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren also has more RAM memory.
OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren captures greater videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren also has better 60 fps video frame rate, a much larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a lot larger camera aperture for better low-light photography and video and a lot better resolution camera in the back.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features better battery performance than OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren, because it has a 5300mAh battery capacity.
Although OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Mi Max 2. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
