Comparison review
OnePlus 8 UW has a global score of 75.9, which is a bit better than OnePlus 7T Pro's 75.8 general score. The OnePlus 8 UW construction is lighter and somewhat thinner than OnePlus 7T Pro, although they were released only a couple months apart. The OnePlus 7T Pro features a bit faster processor than OnePlus 8 UW. Both have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cpu cores.
OnePlus 8 UW features a little more vivid screen than OnePlus 7T Pro, although it has a bit worse pixel density, a quite smaller display and a lot worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The OnePlus 7T Pro counts with a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than OnePlus 8 UW, because it has 256 GB internal memory.
OnePlus 8 UW counts with a little better battery lifetime than OnePlus 7T Pro, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity instead of 4085mAh. The OnePlus 7T Pro features just a bit better camera than OnePlus 8 UW, and although they both have a 48 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, a same size back camera sensor, the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 7T Pro also has a bigger camera aperture to take better images and videos in low light environments.
Although OnePlus 8 UW is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the OnePlus 7T Pro, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OnePlus 7T Pro. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the OnePlus 7T Pro, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
