OnePlus 9 is a bit better than OnePlus 7T Pro, having a 76 score against 75.8. OnePlus 9 is a newer cellphone, and it is also just a little bit lighter and a bit thinner than OnePlus 7T Pro. OnePlus 7T Pro has a little bit better looking display than OnePlus 9, because it has a greater amount of pixels per screen inch, a better resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and a little bigger display.
OnePlus 7T Pro has a way bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than OnePlus 9, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity. OnePlus 7T Pro has a bit better processor than OnePlus 9. Both have the same number of cores and a 8 GB RAM memory. OnePlus 9 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than OnePlus 7T Pro, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have a 48 MP resolution back camera, the OnePlus 9 also counts with a lot higher video definition and a much bigger sensor capturing lot higher quality videos and photographs.

If you are trying to save some money, you can buy OnePlus 7T Pro, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
