The OnePlus 7T Pro features a superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S25, because it has 256 GB internal memory. OnePlus 7T Pro features just a bit better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S25, because it has a 4085mAh battery size.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 has a slightly better camera than OnePlus 7T Pro, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light photos, it also counts with a camera with a higher resolution, a much larger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way higher 7680x4320 video quality.
Although Samsung Galaxy S25 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OnePlus 7T Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as OnePlus 7T Pro. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S25, otherwise you can save some money and buy the OnePlus 7T Pro, resigning a couple specifications.
