Comparison review
Huawei Mate 20 is much better than OnePlus 7T, getting a score of 79.5 against 72.2. The Huawei Mate 20 body is a little lighter than the OnePlus 7T, although it is just a little bit thicker and was released a bit more more than a year before. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate 20 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while OnePlus 7T has Android 11 version.
The OnePlus 7T counts with just a little better performance than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 7T also has a higher amount of RAM. The Huawei Mate 20 has a slightly better looking screen than OnePlus 7T, although it has a little bit worse screen pixels density and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2244, they both have a same size display.
OnePlus 7T has a much better camera than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 7T also has a larger sensor which offers a better image and video quality, a back-facing camera with a much higher resolution, better video frame rates and a bigger aperture to capture better images and videos in poorly lited situations.
Huawei Mate 20 and OnePlus 7T both have extremely similar memory for games and applications, both of them have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei Mate 20 features a bit longer battery life than OnePlus 7T, because it has a 5% greater battery size.
Although Huawei Mate 20 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the OnePlus 7T, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the OnePlus 7T. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate 20, else you can save some dollars and buy the OnePlus 7T, giving up some specifications.
