Comparison review
The Huawei P40 lite 5G has a global score of 83.4, which is much better than OnePlus 7T's overall score of 72.2. Even though Huawei P40 lite 5G and OnePlus 7T were released with only 8 months difference, Huawei P40 lite 5G's construction is a little lighter but also a little thicker. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but the Huawei P40 lite 5G has 10 version while OnePlus 7T has Android 11 version.
OnePlus 7T counts with a slightly better looking display than Huawei P40 lite 5G. Both of them have the same number of pixels in each inch in the display, exactly the same 1080 x 2400 resolution and a screen of the same size. The OnePlus 7T features a bit more powerful processor than Huawei P40 lite 5G, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the OnePlus 7T also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Huawei P40 lite 5G and OnePlus 7T both have very similar storage capacity for games and applications, they have the same internal storage. Huawei P40 lite 5G counts with a bit longer battery duration than OnePlus 7T, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3800mAh. OnePlus 7T takes a bit better photos and videos than Huawei P40 lite 5G, because although it has a back-facing camera with lot less mega pixels and a worse 3840x2160 video definition, it also counts with a larger camera aperture.
