Comparison review

The LG G8 ThinQ has a general score of 84.3, which is better than the OnePlus 7T's 72.2 global score. Although LG G8 ThinQ and the OnePlus 7T were released with only a couple of months difference, the LG G8 ThinQ design is lighter but also a bit thicker. These phones come with Android OS, but LG G8 ThinQ has newer 9.0 Pie version and OnePlus 7T has Android 11, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements.

The OnePlus 7T counts with a bit better performance than LG G8 ThinQ, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the OnePlus 7T also has more RAM. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a better display than OnePlus 7T, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3120 resolution and a higher pixels amount in each display inch.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a much better storage to install applications and games than OnePlus 7T, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB. OnePlus 7T features a better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 60 frames per second video frame rates, the OnePlus 7T also counts with a lot bigger sensor shooting lot better quality videos and photographs and a much higher 48 megapixels resolution back camera.

The OnePlus 7T features a little better battery life than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity.

Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, LG G8 ThinQ is also cheaper.
