Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A71 is much better than the OnePlus 7T, with a score of 87.5 against 72.2. The Samsung Galaxy A71 design is a little lighter and a little thinner than the OnePlus 7T, although both were released with only a few months difference. These phones include the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
The OnePlus 7T has a little better processing power than Galaxy A71, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 7T also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The OnePlus 7T features a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2400px resolution, the OnePlus 7T also counts with a quite better pixels number per inch in the screen.
The Galaxy A71 shoots a bit better photos and videos than OnePlus 7T, because although it has slower video frame rate and a smaller camera aperture which is not good for low-light photos and video, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy A71 also counts with a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels and a bigger camera sensor which gives a better image and video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 features a very superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than OnePlus 7T, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A71 also has an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB. Galaxy A71 counts with just a bit longer battery duration than OnePlus 7T, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 3800mAh.
The Galaxy A71 is way more expensive than the OnePlus 7T, but you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
