Comparison review
Galaxy Fold has a general score of 97.6, which is way better than the OnePlus 7T's general score of 72.2. Even though Galaxy Fold and the OnePlus 7T were released only a couple of months apart, the Galaxy Fold design is somewhat thinner but heavier. Both devices we compare here use Android OS, but Galaxy Fold has the newer 9.0 Pie version and OnePlus 7T has Android 11, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features.
The OnePlus 7T features a bit better screen than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a bit worse 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a quite better pixel count per inch in the display. The Samsung Galaxy Fold has a lot bigger storage for applications and games than OnePlus 7T, because it has 384 GB more internal memory capacity.
Galaxy Fold's processing unit is very similar to the processing unit in OnePlus 7T, and although the Galaxy Fold has a greater amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Galaxy Fold has a bit longer battery lifetime than OnePlus 7T, because it has a 4380mAh battery size against 3800mAh.
OnePlus 7T counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for taking images and video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 60 frames per second video frame rates, the OnePlus 7T also counts with a back facing camera with a way higher 48 mega-pixels resolution and a way larger camera sensor which offers a way higher image and video quality.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more than OnePlus 7T, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OnePlus 7T. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Fold, otherwise you can save some money and get the OnePlus 7T, giving up some features and specifications.
