Despite being the best we are comparing, we must highlight that it's also notably older, just a bit thicker and a bit heavier. Both of these devices have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note8 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and OnePlus 7T has Android 11, providing some additional features and enhanced performance.

Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a little bit better screen than OnePlus 7T, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel count per display inch and a better 1440 x 2960 resolution. The Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit more memory to store more apps and games than OnePlus 7T, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.

The OnePlus 7T has a bit faster processor than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OnePlus 7T also has more RAM memory. OnePlus 7T counts with a bit longer battery life than Galaxy Note8, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh. OnePlus 7T has a very superior camera than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the OnePlus 7T also has a larger aperture to capture better photos and videos in low-light environments, higher 60 fps video frame rates, a way larger sensor and a much better resolution camera in the back.

The Galaxy Note8 is a lot more expensive than the OnePlus 7T, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
