Even being the best phone in this review, Galaxy S8 Active is a noticeably older, just a bit heavier and thicker phone than the OnePlus 7T. OnePlus 7T has a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OnePlus 7T also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy S8 Active has just a bit better screen than OnePlus 7T, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2960px and a higher pixel density. The Galaxy S8 Active has a little bit more storage for apps and games than OnePlus 7T, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
The OnePlus 7T features a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the OnePlus 7T also has a way larger camera sensor which offers a much higher image and video quality, faster video frame rates, a way more megapixels camera and a bigger aperture for better photography and video in low-light situations.
Galaxy S8 Active has a bit superior battery lifetime than OnePlus 7T, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3800mAh.
