Galaxy Z Flip 3 has an overall score of 85.6, which is better than OnePlus 7T's overall score of 72.2. Both of these phones work with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so both of them should provide you all the same OS features. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a newer device, and it's also just a bit lighter and thinner than the OnePlus 7T.
