Comparison review
Xperia XZ2 Compact is a bit better than OnePlus 7T, getting a score of 79 against 72.2. Xperia XZ2 Compact is an older and a lot thicker phone than the OnePlus 7T, but Sony made it somewhat lighter anyway. These devices have Android operating system, but the Xperia XZ2 Compact has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while OnePlus 7T has Android 11 version, so it offers a couple additional features.
Xperia XZ2 Compact features a much better looking screen than OnePlus 7T, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 and a really smaller display, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the screen. The Xperia XZ2 Compact features more storage to store more games and applications than OnePlus 7T, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 400 GB.
OnePlus 7T counts with a little faster processing unit than Xperia XZ2 Compact, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 7T also has 4 GB more RAM. OnePlus 7T has a much better camera than Xperia XZ2 Compact, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the OnePlus 7T also has a bigger camera sensor taking better quality videos and photos, a lot more megapixels back camera and a larger aperture for better low-light images and video.
OnePlus 7T counts with greater battery life than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has a 32% larger battery size.
