The Google Pixel 3a has a global score of 78.8, which is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8 Pro's overall score of 77.2. Despite of the fact that Google Pixel 3a is older than the OnePlus 8 Pro, it's design is a lot lighter and just a little thinner. The OnePlus 8 Pro has just a bit better performance than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has more RAM memory.
The OnePlus 8 Pro features a better display than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a just a bit better amount of pixels per inch of display, a higher 1440 x 3168 resolution and a larger screen. The OnePlus 8 Pro captures much clearer pictures and videos than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a same size diafragm aperture, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back, a way bigger camera sensor capturing way better quality photos and videos and faster video frame rate.
OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 128 GB internal storage. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a much better battery duration than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a 50% larger battery capacity.
In addition to being the best phone in our comparison, Google Pixel 3a is also a lot cheaper.
