Comparison review
The Google Pixel 4a has a general score of 82.9, which is a bit better than OnePlus 8 Pro's 77.2 overall score. Even when Google Pixel 4a and OnePlus 8 Pro were released only 4 months apart, Google Pixel 4a is just a little thinner and a lot lighter. OnePlus 8 Pro features a brighter screen than Google Pixel 4a, because it has a bigger display, a just a bit better display pixel density and a better 1440 x 3168 resolution.
The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a bit faster CPU than Google Pixel 4a, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Google Pixel 4a's storage capacity for games and applications is very similar to OnePlus 8 Pro's one, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The OnePlus 8 Pro has a really longer battery life than Google Pixel 4a, because it has a 4510mAh battery capacity against 3140mAh. The OnePlus 8 Pro captures way better pictures and videos than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the OnePlus 8 Pro also counts with a lot better 48 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera, a way bigger sensor taking way better quality photographs and higher 60 fps video frame rate.
Google Pixel 4a not only is the best devices in this comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest.
