Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 has a score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8 Pro's overall score of 77.2. The Huawei Mate 20 construction has the same thickness than the OnePlus 8 Pro, but it is a little bit lighter. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a more vivid display than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a lot brighter display, a better resolution of 1440 x 3168 pixels, a greater pixels density and a quite larger display.
The Huawei Mate 20 has as much storage to store more games and applications as the OnePlus 8 Pro, both of them have the same 128 GB internal memory. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a bit superior processing unit than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have 8 cores, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM.
The OnePlus 8 Pro takes much better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture and the same (4K) video quality, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a way bigger back camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality, a way more MP camera and higher video frame rate.
The OnePlus 8 Pro has a little better battery performance than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a 13 percent bigger battery capacity.
Even being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Huawei Mate 20 is also by far the cheapest one, making it a no doubt choice.
