OnePlus 8 Pro is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A16 5G, getting a general score of 77.2 against 76.2. OnePlus 8 Pro is a just a little bit lighter but a little bit thicker phone than Samsung Galaxy A16 5G. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a much more powerful processing unit than Galaxy A16 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has more RAM memory.
The OnePlus 8 Pro features a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A16 5G, because it has way more brightness, a quite bigger screen, a better display density and a better 1440 x 3168px resolution. The Galaxy A16 5G has a superior memory capacity for games and applications than OnePlus 8 Pro, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy A16 5G also has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1000 GB.
The Galaxy A16 5G features a little better battery lifetime than OnePlus 8 Pro, because it has an 11% bigger battery size. The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy A16 5G, although it has a worse resolution back facing camera, they both have a F1.8 camera aperture.
Although OnePlus 8 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy OnePlus 8 Pro, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G, giving up some specifications.
