Comparison review
The OnePlus 8 Pro is a bit better than the Galaxy A5 (2017), with a score of 77.2 against 75.8. Even though OnePlus 8 Pro is newer than Galaxy A5 (2017), it's just a little thicker and a lot heavier. OnePlus 8 Pro has a brighter display than Galaxy A5 (2017), because it has a way higher resolution of 1440 x 3168, a little higher screen pixels density and a much bigger screen.
OnePlus 8 Pro features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy A5 (2017), and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM. OnePlus 8 Pro features a bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy A5 (2017), because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
The OnePlus 8 Pro shoots much better photos and videos than Galaxy A5 (2017), because it has a bigger aperture to capture better photos and video in low-light situations, a much higher 3840x2160 video resolution and a lot higher 48 mega-pixels resolution camera.
