Samsung Galaxy S22 is way better than OnePlus 8 Pro, with a 93.4 score against 77.2. The Samsung Galaxy S22 construction is newer, somewhat lighter and a little thinner than the OnePlus 8 Pro. The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with just a little better performance than Galaxy S22. Both have a 8 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processor.
Galaxy S22 has a bit more vivid screen than OnePlus 8 Pro, because although it has a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, a little smaller screen and a bit lower display density, it also counts with a little more brightness. OnePlus 8 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S22 have incredibly similar storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, both of them have exactly the same internal storage capacity.
The OnePlus 8 Pro has superior battery duration than Galaxy S22, because it has 4510mAh of battery capacity against 3700mAh. Galaxy S22 takes a bit better pictures and videos than OnePlus 8 Pro, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor which offers a lower image and video quality, and they both have the same aperture, the Galaxy S22 also counts with a back-facing camera with more megapixels and a much better video quality.
Samsung Galaxy S22 costs a little more money than OnePlus 8 Pro, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
