The Galaxy S8 is just a bit better than OnePlus 8 Pro, getting an 81.7 score against 77.2. Galaxy S8's construction is just a little bit thinner and a lot lighter than OnePlus 8 Pro, despite of the fact that it was released 3 years before. OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has a little bit worse pixels density, it also counts with a bigger display and a quite better resolution of 1440 x 3168 pixels.

Samsung Galaxy S8 has a bit bigger storage capacity for apps and games than OnePlus 8 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 256 GB. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM.

OnePlus 8 Pro has a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for taking images and/or video in low light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the OnePlus 8 Pro also counts with a way more megapixels back-facing camera, faster 60 fps video frame rates and a much bigger back camera sensor which offers a much higher image and video quality.

OnePlus 8 Pro has a superior battery life than Galaxy S8, because it has 4510mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
