OnePlus 8 Pro is just a bit better than Xperia XZs, getting a 77.2 score against 77.2. The OnePlus 8 Pro design is much newer than the Xperia XZs's, but it's a bit thicker and heavier. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xperia XZs, because it has more RAM memory and more CPU cores.
The OnePlus 8 Pro features a more vivid screen than Xperia XZs, because it has a much larger display, a lot better resolution of 1440 x 3168 pixels and a little bit greater screen pixels density. The Xperia XZs counts with a little bit better camera than OnePlus 8 Pro, although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for capturing photographs in low light environments, a lower video resolution, a way smaller camera sensor and a camera with a much lower 19 megapixels resolution.
The OnePlus 8 Pro features a greater storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. OnePlus 8 Pro features a superior battery lifetime than Xperia XZs, because it has a 56 percent bigger battery size.
Although OnePlus 8 Pro is a better device, it costs a bit more money than the Sony Xperia XZs, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Sony Xperia XZs. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy OnePlus 8 Pro, else you can save some dollars and get the Sony Xperia XZs, resigning a couple specifications.
