The OnePlus 8 Pro is an older and a little bit heavier phone than TCL 20 Pro 5G, but OnePlus managed to make it a bit thinner anyway. The OnePlus 8 Pro has just a little bit longer battery life than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because it has a 4510mAh battery size against 4500mAh.
