The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is a bit better than the OnePlus 8 Pro, getting a global score of 82.3 against 77.2. Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison review, it must be noted that it is also older, just a bit thicker and just a little heavier. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a much better screen than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because it has more pixels per inch in the display, a higher 1440 x 3168 pixels resolution, a quite bigger screen and a lot brighter display.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a processing unit that's just as good as the OnePlus 8 Pro one, both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and 8 GB of RAM. OnePlus 8 Pro has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, a camera with a 48 MP resolution and a F1.8 camera aperture, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has higher video frame rates and a way bigger sensor.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2's storage capacity for games and applications is just as good as OnePlus 8 Pro's one, they have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity. The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with just a little better battery duration than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because it has 4510mAh of battery capacity.
