Comparison review
OnePlus 8 Pro has a score of 77.2, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's 76.6 score. OnePlus 8 Pro is a a bit thinner phone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but they weight the same. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has more RAM.
The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has a little bigger screen, a better resolution of 1440 x 3168 and more pixels per inch of screen. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a slightly bigger storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a bit better battery duration than OnePlus 8 Pro, because it has an 11% more battery capacity. OnePlus 8 Pro takes much clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have the same resolution camera in the back and the same aperture, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a way larger sensor shooting much higher quality photos and a much higher (4K) video definition.
Although OnePlus 8 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
