Comparison review
The Huawei nova 3 is slightly better than the OnePlus 8 UW, getting a global score of 76.3 against 75.9. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei nova 3 has the newer 8.1 Oreo version while OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10, so it offers some nice extra features. The Huawei nova 3 design is just a little bit lighter and just a little bit thinner than OnePlus 8 UW, although it was released just a little over a year before.
OnePlus 8 UW features a sharper display than Huawei nova 3, because although it has a just a little lower pixel quantity per inch in the display, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bit larger screen. Huawei nova 3 features a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than OnePlus 8 UW, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Huawei nova 3 also has a SD extension slot that holds up to 256 GB.
The OnePlus 8 UW features just a little better performance than Huawei nova 3, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The OnePlus 8 UW has a bit better battery life than Huawei nova 3, because it has a 15% larger battery capacity. The OnePlus 8 UW features a very superior camera than Huawei nova 3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and a F1.8 aperture, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels and better 60 frames per second video frame rates.
