Comparison review

LG G8 ThinQ is better than OnePlus 8 UW, getting an 84.3 score against 75.9. Both devices in our current comparison use Android operating system, but the LG G8 ThinQ has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10 version, providing the user some additional features and better performance. LG G8 ThinQ's construction is a little bit lighter than the OnePlus 8 UW, but it's just a little bit thicker and was released just 13 months before.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a slightly better display than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has a little smaller display and much more opaque display, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a better resolution of 1440 x 3120. LG G8 ThinQ's processor is just as good as OnePlus 8 UW's processing unit, and although the LG G8 ThinQ has 2 GB less RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores.

The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than OnePlus 8 UW, and although they both have the same internal storage, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB. The OnePlus 8 UW counts with greater battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 23% more battery capacity.

The OnePlus 8 UW shoots much clearer photographs and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 60 fps video frame rate, the OnePlus 8 UW also counts with a way more MP back-facing camera and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a much better image quality.

The LG G8 ThinQ not only is the best devices of the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a lot cheaper.
