Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Active is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8 UW, having a general score of 80.9 against 75.9. Galaxy S6 Active is a somewhat thicker but way lighter cellphone than OnePlus 8 UW. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but Galaxy S6 Active has the older 5.0 version while OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10.
The Galaxy S6 Active has a slightly better looking screen than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440. OnePlus 8 UW features a superior memory to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a little bit better processing power than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has 5 GB less RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a 64 bits processing unit and an extra graphics processing unit. OnePlus 8 UW has greater battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.
The OnePlus 8 UW takes greater pictures and videos than Galaxy S6 Active, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a larger aperture for better low-light photography and video, a back facing camera with a much better 48 MP resolution and a much bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing way better quality photos.
Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Galaxy S6 Active is also a bargain compared to the other phones, making it very easy to pick between these phones.
