Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is better than the OnePlus 8 UW, getting an 88.9 score against 75.9. Both of these phones use the same Android 10 operating system. Despite being the best phone we compare here, we must tell that it's also noticeably thicker and extremely heavier. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a bit better hardware performance than OnePlus 8 UW, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The OnePlus 8 UW has a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a quite smaller display and a much lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a just a little greater pixels density. The OnePlus 8 UW shoots better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, although it has a lot smaller sensor capturing less light and washed colors, a smaller diafragm aperture, a worse 3840x2160 video quality and a camera in the back with lot less mega-pixels resolution.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than OnePlus 8 UW, because it has more internal storage capacity. The OnePlus 8 UW counts with a bit better battery life than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.
