Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is slightly better than the OnePlus 8 UW, having a 77.2 score against 75.9. Despite being the best cellphone in this review, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro construction is older, just a little bit thicker and just a little bit heavier than OnePlus 8 UW. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has 8.1 Oreo version and OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10, providing you some nice extra features and performance tweaks.
OnePlus 8 UW features a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has a much brighter display, a quite bigger screen, a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a just a little higher screen pixel density. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro counts with a bit bigger storage to store more apps and games than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 256 GB.
OnePlus 8 UW features a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 8 UW also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The OnePlus 8 UW takes greater videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has a camera with a much higher resolution, a bigger aperture, a way bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing way better quality photographs and videos and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
The OnePlus 8 UW counts with a little longer battery life than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
