Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a general score of 79, which is a bit better than OnePlus 8 UW's 75.9 global score. Even being the best cellphone in this review, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is a somewhat heavier and thicker cellphone than OnePlus 8 UW. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has the newer 11 version while OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10.
OnePlus 8 UW features a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a larger amount of RAM. OnePlus 8 UW features a brighter screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, the OnePlus 8 UW also counts with a bit higher pixel density.
The OnePlus 8 UW takes just a bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the same camera sensor size, the same (4K) video definition and a camera in the back with a 48 megapixels, the OnePlus 8 UW also has better 60 fps video frame rate.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a bigger memory to store more games and applications than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with improved battery life than OnePlus 8 UW, because it has a 17 percent more battery capacity.
Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
