Google Pixel 3a XL is a little bit better than OnePlus 9, getting a score of 78.9 against 76. These phones include the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding OS features. The Google Pixel 3a XL construction is lighter and a bit thinner than the OnePlus 9, although it was released around 23 months before.
OnePlus 9 features just a little better processing power than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 9 also has 4 GB more RAM.
