Huawei P30 has a score of 81.7, which is just a bit better than the OnePlus 9's 76 general score. Huawei P30's body is lighter and thinner than OnePlus 9, despite of the fact that it was released 2 years before. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P30 has the previous 10 version while OnePlus 9 has Android 11.
