Samsung Galaxy A31 has an overall score of 81.3, which is just a bit better than the OnePlus 9's overall score of 76. Samsung Galaxy A31 is a a little bit lighter cellphone than OnePlus 9, but both of them are 0.34inches thick. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy A31 has older 10 version while OnePlus 9 has Android 11 version.
OnePlus 9 features a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A31, and although they both have 8 cores, the OnePlus 9 also has more RAM.
