The Galaxy C7 Pro is just a bit better than OnePlus 9, having a 78.4 score against 76. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy C7 Pro has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while OnePlus 9 has Android 11 version, so it gives some extra features. Even though the Galaxy C7 Pro is noticeably older than the OnePlus 9, it's body is lighter and somewhat thinner.
