The Samsung Galaxy M30 has a general score of 82.4, which is a little bit better than the OnePlus 9's 76 general score. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy M30 has newer 9.0 Pie version and OnePlus 9 has Android 11, giving you a couple additional features and increased performance. Even though the Samsung Galaxy M30 is much older than OnePlus 9, it's design is a little thinner and a little lighter.
OnePlus 9 has a little bit better display than Samsung Galaxy M30, because it has a quite larger screen, a little more pixels per inch in the screen and a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution. OnePlus 9 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy M30, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 9 also has 2 GB more RAM.
The Galaxy M30 features a lot bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than OnePlus 9, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy M30 also has an external SD slot that supports up to 512 GB. Galaxy M30 has a bit superior battery life than OnePlus 9, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
The OnePlus 9 captures much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy M30, because it has a way higher resolution back facing camera, a lot better 7680x4320 video quality, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better captures in low light environments and a much bigger back camera sensor capturing way better quality photographs.
