Comparison review

Galaxy XCover FieldPro is slightly better than the OnePlus 9, having a score of 80.1 against 76. Both phones we are comparing use Android OS, but Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a newer 8.0 Oreo version and OnePlus 9 has Android 11, so it offers a couple nice extra features and increased performance. Galaxy XCover FieldPro is an older, notably heavier and notably thicker phone than OnePlus 9.

The OnePlus 9 features a little faster processor than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 9 also has 4 GB more RAM. Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a bit more vivid screen than OnePlus 9, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and more pixels per screen inch.

The OnePlus 9 counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light captures and video, it also counts with a much higher 7680x4320 video definition, a way larger sensor providing a way better image quality and a back camera with a lot better resolution.

Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a better memory for apps and games than OnePlus 9, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. OnePlus 9 and Galaxy XCover FieldPro have quite similar batteries duration.

Although Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it is way more expensive than OnePlus 9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the OnePlus 9. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, otherwise you can save some money and get the OnePlus 9, resigning a couple features and specifications.
