Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a general score of 77.2, which is a little bit better than OnePlus 9's overall score of 76. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro body is a little lighter and just a little bit thinner than OnePlus 9, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Both devices in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version and OnePlus 9 has Android 11, so it offers some additional features and a performance increase.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro counts with a slightly better screen than OnePlus 9, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2280, a quite smaller display and a little bit worse number of pixels per inch of screen. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a bit bigger storage capacity for applications and games than OnePlus 9, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
The OnePlus 9 features a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OnePlus 9 also has a greater amount of RAM. OnePlus 9 features a little longer battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity. OnePlus 9 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has a lot bigger sensor, a way higher video resolution, a larger diafragm aperture to take better photos and videos in poorly lited environments and a back facing camera with a lot higher resolution.
