Galaxy Note10 Lite is better than OnePlus Nord CE 5G, with a global score of 86.2 against 72.3. Both of these phones come with the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that. The Galaxy Note10 Lite's battery life is very similar to the battery duration in OnePlus Nord CE 5G.
OnePlus Nord CE 5G captures clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Note10 Lite, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture and slower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same video quality, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G also counts with a much more mega pixels back camera.
