Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite is a little bit better than the OnePlus Nord CE 5G, getting a global score of 77.7 against 72.3. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a newer 8.1 Oreo version while OnePlus Nord CE 5G has Android 11 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements. The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite design is just a bit lighter and a little thinner than OnePlus Nord CE 5G.
OnePlus Nord CE 5G and Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite feature extremely similar processing units, both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores. Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite counts with a display that's very similar to the display in OnePlus Nord CE 5G, although the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels, a bit smaller display and a bit less pixels per screen inch.
OnePlus Nord CE 5G has a better camera than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G also has a larger aperture to capture better low-light photography and video and a back-facing camera with way more mega-pixels.
The OnePlus Nord CE 5G and the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite count with incredibly similar memory capacity to install applications and games, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory. OnePlus Nord CE 5G has better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a 34 percent bigger battery capacity.
