Moto Z Force is a bit better than the OnePlus Nord, having a 75.8 score against 74.2. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Moto Z Force has the newer 7.0 Nougat version and OnePlus Nord has Android 10 version, giving you some nice extra features and some performance improvements. Moto Z Force's body is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than the OnePlus Nord, although it was released many years before.

The OnePlus Nord shoots better videos and photos than Moto Z Force, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the same camera aperture and the same video frame rate, the OnePlus Nord also has a lot higher 48 MP resolution back camera.
The OnePlus Nord features superior battery life than Moto Z Force, because it has 4115mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.
