Sony Xperia XA2 Plus is a bit better than OnePlus Nord, with a global score of 78.6 against 74.2. Although it's the best we compare here, we must note that it's also older, heavier and somewhat thicker. Both devices we are comparing work with Android OS, but Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while OnePlus Nord has Android 10.
Sony Xperia XA2 Plus counts with a slightly better screen than OnePlus Nord, although it has a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2160px, a little bit smaller display and a little bit lower pixels density. The OnePlus Nord has just a little better hardware performance than Xperia XA2 Plus, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OnePlus Nord also has a higher amount of RAM.
The OnePlus Nord features a much better camera than Xperia XA2 Plus, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the OnePlus Nord also has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light captures and video, a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels and a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing better quality photos and videos.
Sony Xperia XA2 Plus counts with more storage to store more apps and games than OnePlus Nord, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 400 GB. The OnePlus Nord has just a little better battery lifetime than Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has 4115mAh of battery capacity.
